I am an employee of a primary agricultural cooperative society, I want to know from you that, can we get status as a government employee from the State Government?
Our work is the socio-economic development of the rural people as like gram panchayat. Gram panchayat develops for Social activities for people. If panchayat employees get status as Govt employees why don’t we?

Primary agricultural cooperative society is a registered Association of persons united voluntarily to pursue the members’ economic benefits. It is an organisation for private objects and is not a Government organisation.
