Do you provide advice w.r.t to issues of co-operative housing society located in Gujarat? If yes, are there fees required to be paid for obtaining the said advice?

My advice is free and without a fee. But you have to write your issue clearly with all the necessary details such as Regd No, state etc.
During elections of society, 12 members contested, first 9 with maximum votes were elected. Now 2 of them have resigned, can the 3 members who were voted less in general elections can be co-opted. Or the managing committee has right to appoint any other members to fill the quorum.
