Sir I want to let out my flat which is on Link Road Goregaon West, Mumbai but my society committee members are saying that they will not allow any outsider for an undecided period of time, please tell me what is the right course of action.

If the OBJECTION IS FOR an undecided period of time, you ask for 3, 6 or 9 months i.e. Decided time frame. Even bye laws restrict this duration.
