Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank will give a loan of Rs 10 thousand to street vendors without guarantee. This was announced by the bank’s Chairman Kushiram Balnatah during the board meeting held last week.
This scheme will benefit the small businessmen who are engaged in street business activities. There is also a provision for a seven percent grant in interest on the loan provided under this scheme.
Bank MD Dr Pankaj Lalit, General Manager R P Nonta, Director Sher Singh Chauhan, Baldev Bhandari and others attended the meeting.
