I was elected unopposed by election officer in Ambe Niwas CHS Mahim but there was arears for me to pay to society. Though I received no bills or any demand notice despite me writing to Dy Registrar.
Now he has given order that I cannot continue as secretary as I was defaulter at the time election. Can Dy reg issue such order to disqualify an elected secretory?

If you disregard the incorrect order of the Registrar? More important is what majority of the members want? If they are not happy with your work, do not waste your time for them. Simple.
