IFFCO helps convert Firozabad into a potato major district

Field reports of major gain through use of IFFCO organic fertilizer in potato production in Uttar Pradesh are hogging media headlines. So much so that a district in UP named Firozabad has become a potato major district.

Ambarish Yadav, a farmer from Barabanki, UP could increase his potato crop production from 250 quintal to 300 quintals by using a combination of IFFCO’s bio fertilizer (NPK Consortia), Sagarika 10 kg per acre, Urea phosphate, 18.18.18 & SOP.

Another vital effect of IFFCO’s products Calcium Nitrate, Sagarika, Sulpher and Zinc in the Potato fields of Ganga Ram from Nijampur Firozabad has made it the potato major district, 10 kg per acre CN can increase the production and quality of potato manifold.

The inputs were shared by IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi through social media.

The fertilizer cooperative IFFCO’s products are meeting with good response as farmers are able to increase their production by using these products. IFFCO is bringing smiles on the UP farmers’ faces.
