I have a flat in Pune society registered no pna/hsg/818/27-6-1972. The MC is forcefully taking festival fund. When I refused they said it has been passed in AGM and even complain to deputy register would not help. What may I do?

Raise a dispute with the Committee as deciding rate of collection from members is the duty of the Committee which is incorrectly performed. Cooperative Court hears such complaints.
