I am a Secretary of a CHS and having facing enormous problem regarding parking. Queries relating to Can a tenant or a nominal member have the right to park his/her vehicle in the Society premises always comes up, there is open parking and no slots are demarcated in our Society premises.

The Society and Tenant has no direct relationship except that a tenant must become nominal member having no rights what so ever as per Bye Laws of the Society.
