My complaint was lodged with the Dist. Registrar, co-operative society [HOUSING] Krishi Bhavan, Paldi, Ahmedabad in the past but have received no reply so far.
The society in questions is Sakshat Co-op Housing Society Bakericity, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad [REGI. NO. GH 24516]
Excerpts of the complaint are:
[1] Appointment letter dtd.15-05-2018 of auditor as per approval of members during AGM held in May 2018 is FALSE AS THERE WAS NO AGM IN MAY 2018.]
[2] Financial statements, Audit Reports and Fault Rectification Reports of last three years are not circulated / exhibited.
[3] Serious irregularities e.g.ORIGINAL LAND RECORD OF SOCIETY, HAND OVER DOCUMENTS, MINUTE BOOK and LIST OF OVER DUES etc. are not provided to The Auditor.
[4] Last AGM was held on 12-08-2018 and Anonymous minutes was circulated
[5] After the period of six month an unsigned notice of ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW MG. COMMITTEE dtd.08-02-2019 was exhibited by the committee members of society.
[6] Out of twelve mg. committee members five are defaulters and secretary were not an owner of flat.
[7] On 10-02-2019 I have been called at the office and instructed not to write letters questioning the eligibility of committee members.
[8] After some changes of designation an unsigned notice of ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINAL MG. COMMITTEE of dated.23-02 2019 was exhibited.
[9] OVERDUE IS RS.11.97 LAC and DEFICIT IS RS.9.67 LAC.
Sir, it is evident that, the mg, committee is persistently makes default and negligent in performing the duties as per the bye laws [ Ref.u/s (27) ,(81) & (146 )] and I have requested to issue notice u/s (81) for an Appointment of Administrator.
