Two years back I wanted to make my sister an associate member and made an application in prescribed format and submitted to the secretary.
For the last two years, they have not considered my application so I lodged a complaint to deputy registrar. On Saturday I got a reply from registrar saying to make an appeal to them. Sir is there any appeal format letter or how to write an appeal letter

Associate membership in CHS is regulated as per registered bye laws of the concerned CHS. These are available in the office of the CHS concerned. Format is also provided therein. Generally the Registration number which contains year of registration can provide a hint as the Model of Bye Laws which has been registered by the CHS. For this reason every question must carry the information of registration of the questioner’s CHS.
