Term Deposit Receipts with Multi State Co-Operative Society Registration No. MSCS/CR/269/2008- Adarsh Credit Co-Operative Society Limited With Head Office shifted from Udaipur to Ahmedabad
We have several TDRs with the captioned society in the names of our family members with different maturity dates. One TDR matured on 08.4.2019 and payment thereof is still outstanding despite our demand and having presented the TDR to its Sanganer Jaipur Branch through their authorized agent. Now other TDRs are falling due for payment from 20.6.2019 and onwards.
As society is not in a position to honor its promise to pay and its promoters have been arrested by the Rajasthan Police as per newspaper reports, we seek your help in getting back our dues. We shall be obliged to receive your guidance as to how we should proceed for remedy and relief from the society which has diverted funds reportedly for acquisition of illiquid assets and personal gains of the directors.
