I would like to know have some guidance on below.
I am residing in Kalyani Krupa cooperative housing society in thane city, Maharashtra. The flat is owned by my father. I have recently married and my husband also stays with us as he is from Pune. We have parked his bike in our society premises however the society member says he is not allowed to park his bike in our society premises as he is not a member and as per by laws he is not allowed to park.
Request you to pls guide us on the above matter asap.

Parking is totally governed by Rules framed in general body meeting with in the broad guidelines as per Bye Laws (bye-laws are superior to general body rules). Government does not make rules on parking. If bye laws are not followed a person can approach the Dy Registrar or Court.
