Encouraged by the central govt reducing the slab rate of GST on E-Vehicles, State Cooperative Bank of Uttarakhand has decided to promote E-Vehicles in a big way.
Under the scheme, Cooperative Bank will provide loans for E-Vehicles to the unemployed youths for generating employment opportunities.
Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank Chairman Dan Singh Rawat said as the Central Government has reduced the GST rate from 12 percent to 5 percent on E-Vehicles, the bank will provide a loan of Rs 20 lakh at the rate of 10.5 percent for E-Vehicles.
