In a bid to reach its customers, Uttar Pradesh Budaun District Cooperative Bank has launched its Mobile ATM van on Sunday which was inaugurated by the bank Chairman Umesh Rathore, according to media reports.
The van will travel across remotes areas of Budaun district. Representatives of the bank will make people aware of schemes and policies initiated by the bank. Account holders can deposit as well withdraw their money through this ATM van.
Nabard district development manager Ankur Nigam said for the time being only two month route chart has been prepared.
Senior citizens can also open their account through the van. Kisan Credit Card will also be distributed among farmers.
