Ministry of Rural Development, GOI has awarded National Recognition Commendation to Nagaland State Cooperative Bank (NStCB) for spectacular performance in SHG Bank linkage during 2018-19 in New Delhi.
The news was shared by A.K.Deb, General Manager, Nagaland State Cooperative Bank to Indian Cooperative through WhatsApp.
“The Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd has been awarded Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Performance in SHG Bank Linkage in 2018-2019 by the Ministry of Rural Development , Government of India on 11th June, 2019 at New Delhi”, Deb wrote on WhatsApp.
While highlighting the SHGs Saving and Credit Linkages programme of the bank, Deb informed that out of 6500 Saving Linkages more than 4000 SHGs had credit linkages with amount surpassing Rs 65 cr as on March 31, 2019.
The commendation was received by A.K. Deb, general manager, Nagaland State Cooperative Bank at New Delhi from Sanjeev Kumar, additional secretary and financial advisor, ministry of Rural Development.
