Continental Warehousing Corporation a 90%-owned subsidiary of Hindustan Infralog Pvt., has acquired 76% stake in Kribhco Infrastructure.
Kribhco Krishak Bharati Cooperative Society will retain the remaining 24% shareholding. Kribhco infrastructure owns three major inland container depots/private freight terminals in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
Meanwhile, describing KRI’s strategic partnership with Continental Warehousing Corporation as a landmark event, Chandrapal Singh Yadav Chairman Kribhco said it would enable KRIL’s assets to improve efficiencies, offer a compelling value-add solution to customers and deliver long-term value for all stakeholders, he said.
