Greater Kashmir reports RBI has issued mobile banking license to State Cooperative Bank in J &K.
Cooperative officials and cooperators have welcomed the grant of license.
Sources are quoted saying the mobile banking facility will enable the SCB to be competitive on the technology driven market.
