As the date of finalization of RGB list is in its last leg, Co-op titan IFFCO’s election machine is working overtime to beat the deadline of March 28. Meanwhile, news from various parts of the country about the IFFCO delegates filing nominations or getting elected unopposed keep trickling in.
A veteran cooperator from Gujarat Dileepbhai Sanghani has filed his nomination paper as a delegate representing Gujarat Marketing Cooperative Gujcomasol for IFFCO’s election scheduled for May.
It is learnt that over 147 representatives of different cooperative institutions are the IFFCO delegates from Gujarat.
Sanghani handed over his nomination paper to Amrut Patel in Vadodara city of Gujarat on Tuesday. He is the Chairman of Gujcomasol and presently also on the board of IFFCO.
Later, Sanghani shared photographs on social media and wrote, “Filling the form for IFFCO delegate”.
In a WhatsApp message sent to Indian Cooperative, another delegate Ashok Jagtap from Aurangabad, Maharashtra wrote, “I have been elected unopposed as the RGB member of IFFCO.
