Aryapuram Cooperative Urban Bank based in Rajamahendravaram- a city in Andhra Pradesh located on the banks of the Godavari River in East Godavari district, released the UCB’s calendar for New Year amidst an impressive event.
The Bank’s chairman Challa Sankar Rao released the Bank’s 2019 calendar at the bank premises in the presence of bank directors and officials. The UCB has been publishing calendars for many years, said one of the officials.
This time more than 30,000 calendars have been printed, media reports say. The UCB has been turned hundred years old this year. The UCB was founded by late Saripalle Visweswara Prasad.
Aryapuram Cooperative Urban Bank has a business turnover of Rs 948.33 crore with a deposit base of Rs 591.26 crore and advances of Rs 357.07 crore. The Bank has a network of 16 branches across the state.
The Bank with 90 thousand shareholders disburses 15 percent dividend to them. The bank has earned a net profit of Rs 4.47 crore.
