Dear Sir

I want to know whether Ad Hoc Committee can transfer flat? I have sold my flat & purchaser wants to transfer flat as fast as possible as he has taken loan.

Awaiting your feedback

I C Naik

Under MCS Act there is no such body as ad hoc committee. Such matters are provided in the registered byelaws of the society. Cab you get a copy of your society bye laws scan it and mail it me?

When a C.H.S. in Mumbai, Maharashtra is holding A.G.M., is it necessary to give copy of Bal. Sheet, Income/Exp. account and audit report etc. to individual member alongwith Notice of AGM before 14 days of meeting ? Further is it not necessary that M.C. should allow members to inspect accounts at Scty’s Offisce during these 14 days ?
Are both the above matters mandatory under MCS Act ??
Especially when the AGM is being held after deadline of 30-09-2018. ( Though M.C. has not informed to General
Body, it is said that Dy. Registrar has given Extn. of 2 Months for AGM )
