I held a savings account with Nagrik Sahkari Bank Ltd, located at Sultania Road Bhopal in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It has been more than one and a half year since the bank got closed and locked my money. Every time I go to the ban, the representatives tell one thing or other and always misleads me to a dead end. I have got INR 90000 deposited in that account. Can you please tell me if I am going to get my money back or not?
It is my hard earned money and I trusted Indian Banking System to keep it secure. I am in dire need of that money and frequently visits the bank regarding that. In before January 2018, the bank released money partially for some of its customers and I am sure they did it on a commission basis. I went to the bank at that time too but they said I’ve to get a letter from Reserve Bank of India to get my money back. Please tell me whether I am going to get my money back or not. I am a senior citizen and I don’t think people of my age should be treated so detrimentally.

Cooperative Bank is a service provider to its Depositor and default in payment of interest or ret Consumer Forum payment on maturity has been viewed as deficiency in service for which complaint to District Consumer Forum have been successfully fought. You can go for it.
