I am a tenant in Gayatri Cooperative Group Housing Society, Dwarka Sector 9, New Delhi.
Our society has made new amendment in parking policy. It says that car ownership registration should be on the name of house owner or tenant. In my case I am using car of my friend so as per new rule I am not allowed to use my allocated parking lot.
I think this is illegal.
What is your opinion and advice?

Why you think it is illegal? Which law is violated? It is illogical, unless the Society has in the Parking Policy spelt out a rationale of such requirement.
Parking is governed by Bye Laws and a Policy laid down which is not contrary to Bye Laws.
