I am working in co- operative bank as Manager in Haryana and earlier a guy had taken loan from our bank and after some time he made fake no dues paper by copying my signature illegally.
After that I had filed a case against him which resulted in my favour in lower criminal court.
But he appealed in high court where our case is preceding but in between my bank committee passed a resolution in which they deduct his loan installment from my salary which is outlaw.
So Sir Can I appeal in civil courts i.e Registrar court against this resolution made by my bank committee?
If i can appeal then under which authority i can appeal.

You as an Employee has a contractual relationship with the bank. What the bank has done is a civil wrong and a suit lies in Civil Court.
