Society registration no:-BOM/WT/HSG/TC/5498 OF 91; Term of our managing committee on 31-03-2013
Please guide me regarding direction issued at that time regarding continuation of the existence of managing committee.
- For how long that committee can be continued
- The committee was able to take up repairs work/ painting work in Annual General meeting held on 29-09-2013
- Can extra ordinary general meeting be held on 29-12-2013 for
- i) Repairs and painting work
- ii) Open terrace shed of permanent nature
- Committee is not ready to held election as new by laws under supervision of election authority
- It has elected its new committee under pretend
- i) Society has only 24members
- ii) We are not capable to bear election expenses
iii) No members are willing to contest election
- iv) Registrar has advise to send necessary form for election
- v) No other member is interested in following procedure except I Myself

Pass a resolution in the meeting of all members requesting the Registrar to amalgamate your society with any neighbouring society being managed well.
