I am from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. My query is that in our building there are 11 flats out of which only 5 flats are sold. Builder is asking to pay maintenance charges from us i.e from 5 flat members only even when our society also yet not registered.
Pl suggest what should we have to do

ALL 5 should file a complaint against the builder for not registering the society.
