In our society the election are done 10 days back and a new managing committee were elected, but two members of newly elected committee are selling their flats in our society, in that case how a elected committee can filled those vacant place in the managing committee.
Can they (managing committee) add new members if yes how what is the legal way of doing this.

It appears this question escaped my attention. Casual vacancies taking place with in two and half year tenure are to be filled b election conducted by SCEA people.
