Always ahead in exercising its social responsibilities PMC Bank recently distributed rain coats to Mumbai Police force, claimed a media release sent by the Bank.
“We at PMC Bank are concerned about our social responsibility. As a token of respect towards Mumbai Police we have bestowed in providing Rain Coat sets to the Mumbai Police Force”, read the release.
PMC Bank’s Chief Manager Ms. Leena Phadnis was present at the event and she distributed the rain coat set in the presence of Commissioner of Police D.D Padsalgikar. Several other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
This CSR move by PMC Bank is widely appreciated as monsoon is approaching very soon and rains coats will prove handy to policemen & policewomen in discharging their duties, said a participant of the event.
Earlier, PMC Bank sponsored ‘Matunga Mini Marathon’ organised by Anstrengung United-an NGO promoting ‘Sports For Development’ & ‘Right to play’. The organization aims to inspire confidence among vulnerable children and youth to and make them capable of facing challenges in life.
