Bankers’ Institute of Rural Development Mangaluru, a training organization set up by Nabard conducted scores of training programmes for cooperative banks in Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in 2017-18, reports Business Line.
There are reports that Nabard’s training organization will soon begin conducting programmes in new areas such data analytics and cyber security.
Recently talking to journalists Joint Director of the institute, said the institute will hold 120 training programmes covering 3,500 stakeholders in microfinance and livelihoods, financial inclusion and financial literacy and areas related to agriculture and rural development.
