I am staying in Ultra society (reg no b-597) Mahim, Mumbai. I am staying with my 86 yrs old father. We stay at ground floor. Recently our society has started parking about 30 two-wheelers around our house.
This is causing lot of air & noise pollution to us these days. My old father is greatly affected by this. Hence I want to know, is there any law or guideline to prohibit parking around our house.

Unfortunately parking is an issue rests with General Body of the CHS. If the Committee has created these parking place then that can be challenged in the General boy meeting. But to get a favorable decision on this seems doubtful as the two wheeler members are unlikely to oblige you.
