Hi, as a secretary of my building many members are complaining about the private tutorials run by a member of the opposite building within the complex. Kindly lemme know whether can we stop this activity which is run purely for commercial purpose in a residential society

I C Naik

If you act on the requirements in the following box you will get faster response and more accurate also:

 Ask your cooperative-related
questions to Mr I C Naik
info@www.indiancooperative.com

Note: Must mention your State and the Society Registration Number

Taking up your question, what it means is there are at least two housing societies in one Complex(An undefined term), and a member of one housing society is running a tution classes about which members of the other housing society made complaints to the Hon. Secretary of the other society, that a commercial activity was carried out in the opposite housing society and they want you to stop. But you do not know how? If you stated registration number of your housing society would not have helped as you want to stop alleged unauthorized activity in the other housing society. Have you ascertained that the alleged tuition classes were not authrised by the opposite housing society? If   make inquiry with the Hon. Secretary of the other housing society, and if he retorts back as to what was the problem of members of your housing society in tuition classes conducted in other housing society?.
