A major scandal involving BSF Housing cooperative society and colluding builders have come to light. Cooperative society office bearers have committed many irregularity by colluding with the builders at the cost of common members.
BSF Group Housing Society building a housing project in Gwalpahari in Gurgaon. Sub-divisional magistrate has enquired into the matter and has come up with damaging report for the cooperative society’s functionaries.
Even the land of society was sold to GTM builders illegally. Violations ranging from constructing more flats than allowed, selling common area for car parking and illegal sale of land for shopping complex are some.
Given the grave situation, demand for state vigilance enquiry is getting louder. District administration has been meanwhile asked to conduct enquiry.
