I am keen to know what comes under the limitation act fr housing societies in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Does it include monthly dues, Repair fund and Sinking fund?

All society dues by a member to the society comes under Limitation Act, however it runs from the date as provided by the M C S Act 1960 under Section 92(1)(a): “when the dispute relates to the recovery of any sum, including interest thereon, due to a society by a member thereof be computed form the date on which such member dies or ceases to be a member of the society;”
As long a member is continuing in the society no limitation applies to dues under dispute before Cooperative Court under Section 91.
