I am a member of cooperative housing society wants to know regarding crawling of flats. Ours is a 4 floor society and the second floor flat owners crawling has completely damaged due to old and member want to repair it from society since it is common area. Can you guide us who will be responsible to repair the problem? Society says that only 4th floor is only their responsible.
Can you give us a guidance as per law who should do the job member or society
