Maharashtra based Banking Frontiers organized cooperative banking awards recently in Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Rajasthan where awards were given to scores of Urban Cooperative Banks, District Central Cooperative Banks and others banks.
If the largest urban cooperative bank of India Saraswat Cooperative Bank received award for Best ePayments-Phase 1, Cosmos Cooperative Bank, the second largest UCB received the award for the Best IT Head R.P. Dhule and the
third largest one SVC Bank bagged the award for Best Data Centre Upgradation and Best Data Security.
The Jury included V.S Das Former ED, RBI, Satish Utekar, Former CEO, TJSB Bank, V.Babu former DGM-IT-Bank of India, Sahakar Bharati patron Satish Marathe.
TJSB Sahakari bank won three awards – Best Digital Marketing, Best ePayments-Phase 2, Best Mobile app and Rajkot Nagrik Sahakari Bank for Best HR Practices.
Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative Bank (PMC Bank) received awards for Best Youth Customer and Best ePayments-Phase 1.
Apna Sahakari Bank received the award for Best IT Head- Swati Mane and Best Green Initiative-Paperless. Pune based Janata Sahakari bank received the award for Best CBS Upgradation.
The largest Bank of Gujarat Kalupur Commercial Cooperative Bank received
four awards – Best Green Initiative, Best Financial Literacy, Best NPA Management and Best Customer Acquisition. Gopinath Patil Parsik Bank received the award for Best NPA Management, Ahmadabad Mercantile Cooperative bank for Best NPA Management and Mehsana UCB for Best Customer Acquisition.
Hyderabad Based A.P.Mahesh Cooperative Urban Bank received the award for Best e-Payment Phase-2 and Best Mobile app.
