We are a housing redeveloped society in Mumbai, recently adopted 2014 bye laws
We have around 30 old members and around 20 new flat owners who have purchased flats in the redeveloped building.
Since we have recently adopted the new 2014 model bye laws, we need to issue additional 5 shares to old members and of course share certificate to new flat owners.
As per the Sgm decision it was decided to issue new share certificate in lieu of old share certificate to 30 old members, because it will be difficult to track, if we issue additional 5 shares to old members.
Our query is when we issue fresh certificates to old members do we start the share certificate serial no from 1 or continue from 31 and distinctive nos from 151 or from 1 ?
