Registrar Cooperative Societies J&K has called for strengthening of the cooperative sector by increasing its reach to unemployed youth in the state, reports Kashmir Reader.
The registrar said this while holding a review meeting on cooperatives in Kashmir Division.
The registrar also suggested cooperatives should initiate people friendly schemes to serve the public in an efficient way.
The review meeting also discussed various issues related to the strengthening of cooperative banks and cooperative credit structure.
