I have been admitted as member upon resignation of a member from a housing co operative society Ltd. I purchased a house from the outgoing member who owned it under lease hold Property for 999 years.
The housing co op society transferred the same in my name. Now I opt to join my father who is a retired person with me. Can I apply for the same to the society?
Is the registration process necessary? If it is not then how can I get the electricity bill and municipal tax receipt changed in my name?

Rules on Membership are laid down in the registered byelaws of your CHS. So please inspect it free or buy a copy thereof paying copying costs to the Society.
