We are a society of 76 members. Since SC/ST candidates were not willing to join so out of 11 members only 8 members run the society. Query is as under.
- What will be quorum for conducting a valid managing committee?
- Whether seats for SC/ST can be filled by other members of general category.

These matters are governed by requirements specified in the registered bye laws of the concerned housing society. So you need to refer to your society bye-laws. You can inspect them in your housing society Office, after taking prior appointment of the Secretary or Chief Executive of your society.
