State in turmoil shows hopes in cooperatives but not the pioneering State of Maharashtra. The 97th Constitution Amendment piloted by none other than Padma Bhusan Cooperator Sharad Rao Pawar has been openly fooughted by the State Government of NCP and Congress by removing ban on Ministers to become office bearers of any Cooperative Society. Se the Hippocratic contrast.
