A Minister can become committee member, Hawaldaar is too small a persn to be denied that opportunity.
I’m a chairman of a CHS. In previous committee I was an ordinary committee member,but one of the committee treasurer had done a lot of monetary malpractices(approx 20 to 25 lakhs) which was out of our knowledge. We then we started a new committee, in which the members selected me as a chairman by vote. We filed a Complaint in CHS commission,but case has not been solved. Now, one of our society flat owner harasses me that you and the current committee is illegal because you was the committee member in previous committee. Apparently the person is acting out of jealousy and causing nuisance and harm to the respect of individuals, mostly me. I have been a chairman for 6yrs now, and need help to solve this issue. What are your views or solutions for the same?
