I live in a housing society , own a flat here but no parking allotted or purchased from the builder, in same society few members have purchased multiple parkings , now there is no open space as well to park my car , what is the option left with me .

I do sympathize with you. But still more bad situation is awaiting Mumbai Car owners.
- Leave the Society selling flat and buy where parking is available.
- Park outside as those parking will also be hired out on first come first served on a daily basis collecting annual fee for whole year by the franchise owner.
- Contact those having vacant parking and try to fix Rental for next few years.
If you are influential and popular member who can muster sufficient support to get a resolution passed in requisitioned special general body meeting acquire by the Society all parking sold by builder as that is legally permission. Or atleast passing a resolution to sale extra parking to those who do not have.
