How to make entry in the share certificate if there is no space remaining in the original share certificate due to more transferred??
Is in the new certificate to be issued if required, the name of original members will remained or not on the front side of share certificate ??

Take BLANK Certificate form and on the face of it enter every thing what is there on the face of the Certificate which has its backside filled up completely. On back side put a remark ADDENDUM to The CERTIFICATE of Shares Nos A-E at the top in Bold. Then give a continuous Sr Noto endorsement Numbers.
