I am residing in co-op hsg. soc. in Borivali Mumbai. My quarry is that three years back our Sp. Gen Body Meeting by Resolution removed three M.C. Members & whose case is pending before the Hon. Deputy Registrar’s office without any decision. Now these three M.C. Members want to stand in soc. election. Can they eligible for election? Pl. reply my quarry.

Removal of office bearers by Resolution of SGBM was illegal. Why DR is taking three years? They can contest and let member defeat them to prove their resolution was right in people’s court.
