Kindly request to know me,
Co-op hosing society of 24 members.  Some members did not pay bank money.
Money was loan on society. Members did not come to see property.
Who can sell property flat? Can chairman sell property without consent of owner?
If it is sold what action to be taken.?
Does register give permission to chairman. On what bye law’s?
If members does not come whom property to be handed or owner is govt. Or society?

I C Naik

Defaulting members are to be dealt with as provided in the bye Laws. So I suggest you buy a copy of your Society’s registered bye laws from the Society Office (Not from Market) certified by the Secretary that they are in force. This will cost you about 100 Rupees. After going through bye laws if you have any question do write to us extracting text of the relevant bye laws.
