I have taken a loan against my moms flat from a credit society.But Now I am unable to pay the EMI so requested them to increase the tenure and also to top up the loan with more amount. The value of the flat is much higher than the loan amount availed.
But they are refusing to accept my plea and threatening to auction my place under section 101 c.

Approach SBI for Home Loan. Their processing people are good. They will reevlautae your entitlement and take over existing loan, 101 is not a very quick fix so do not worry about that, but act swiftly with SBI.
