I, Staying  in Unnathi Woods cooperative housing society. I am staying on the 1 st floor n having balcony. I am taking tuition. For an advertisement purpose  I want to put banner. Earlier myself and my husband were in committee. We  have our parking but rest of members especially chairman, secretary and treasurer don’t have. Illegal way they want to grab that. And we were against that. We were against about the illegal things. Now I want to put a tuition banner in my balcony. Can they take any action or is it I’ll legal ?? Pls advice. I am really fed up.  Now they are committee members again n harassing us lot. Pls advice.

I C Naik

Dear Sandhya

I am glad to read “We were against about the illegal things”

If you see at random some of my answers on Tuition Classes in CHS. The answers are all against such classes. Recently the CJI passed an order against Tuition Classes in Residential ares.

It looks like your MC has been kind to you to let you run the class. Please  be content with that and do not go to MC with more  request  as  there is a danger of your class catching attention of people who can make an issue. Boys/girls coming for  tuition on their own makes the case that your are in service of them and not vice versa if you advertise then they are sources of income. You will appreciate that movement of people who do not reside in a CHS, the other members are not happy about. In one case one Lady Principal resigned and hired two flats  on one floor on 21st Story and opened tuition class in one flat without permission. When the Chairman came to  know the student were not allowed to enter the compound. Rest you can imagine.
