I want to ask you that we are 4 members of our society of SRA scheme. We are having share certificate and other necessary documents for all the respective shops. Our society is not providing any bore well water supply to us. We have written to society that we are ready to pay the same maintenance charges as they are charging to other members.What shall we do now. Asst Registrar SRA had advised us to go to co-oprative court. Kindly guide us if there is any other alternative .

I am a resident of mumbai. I want to know if I can keep paying guests (6 in number) in my flat and if I have to do leave and liscence agreement for them as has been asked by the society as they refuse to accept the notary and police verification.
