Can a elected secretary of housing cooperative society give power of attorney to register sale deed ( There is nothing said in this regard in society Bye Laws). I want to know the status as it was in the year 1985 in Bihar.

Cooperative Secretary’s powers cannot be used by any other person under a power of attorney executed by him.
