We have a row house with independent gate and road access which is not from society apt enclosure ..the flats and apartment building are separate from us behind where as our 4 row houses are road facing and independent in access but part of the society ..
We wish to officially convert our property to commercial status as these 4 rowhouse are being used for commercial use and pmc is charging commercial taxes w penalty as premise is residential as per pmc records
