I want to know what do you mean by the name of the constituencies in the E 3 for for conducting election

Constituencies are voter groups with different description of members. There is a women constituency – 2 reserved seats for women are contestants from this category. If there are three candidates two of them having polled highest votes are declared elected although there may be losing candidate in another Constituency in (Say General-No reservation) who polled higher votes than the two women. Cast based Member Constituencies is another new concept introduced by 97th Constitutional Amendment. 1 seat is to be reserved for candidate belonging S C/ST members. This is a third Constituency.
